Here is the list of the latest football players injuries, which might be helpful when you place your bets:

1.Fabiano Parisi

20-Year-Old Defender Empoli Serie A

Injury Lower Leg Est. Return 9/12/2021

Returns in friendly

Parisi (lower leg) played a few minutes in Saturday's friendly against Real Forte Querceta.

Parisi missed the entire summer as he was recovering from a fibula fracture. The coach stated that he has healed and is available to play, although he lacks conditioning. For that reason, he will likely be eased into things at first. He is set to compete with Riccardo Marchizza at left-back once fully up to speed. Empoli will host Venezia next Saturday.

2.Robin Gosens

27-Year-Old Midfielder/Defender Atalanta Serie A

Injury Ankle Est. Return 9/11/2021

Not dealing with major problem

Gosens (foot) will miss the World Cup qualifier versus Armenia, but he could be back for the following one against Iceland, Sport1 reports.

Gosens is nursing a foot sprain and, while the situation looked worrisome at first, he was able to practice partially in the last couple of days. It is not a guarantee he will be able to play with Germany, but he has a week to be ready for the next Serie A match versus Fiorentina, which could be enough for him to recover.

3.Roger Espinoza

34-Year-Old Midfielder Sporting Kansas City MLS

Injury Suspension Est. Return 9/26/2021

Receives red card

Espinoza received a red card during the 58th minute of Sporting Kansas City's 4-0 loss Friday against LAFC.

Espinoza received a red card for both tackling and stepping on the right ankle of Cristian Arango. The former will sit out at least two games. Unfortunately for Espinoza, the suspension could give Cameron Duke or Jose Agustin Mauri multiple chances to prove their worth.

4.George Fochive

51-Year-Old Midfielder Portland Timbers MLS

Injury Hamstring Est. Return 9/10/2021

Comes off injured

Fochive (hamstring) came off during the 69th minute of Friday's 2-0 win over Houston.

Fochive is the latest in the line of injuries that have plagued Portland. With most of their midfield already suffering from various issues the midfielder could be set to play through the issue.

5.Arnor Ingvi Traustason

28-Year-Old Forward/Midfielder New England Revolution MLS

Injury Suspension Est. Return 9/18/2021

Sent off against Union

Traustason was sent off after conceding two yellow cards and recorded an assist during Friday's 1-0 win over Philadelphia.

Traustason should be suspended for the Sept. 11 match against NYCFC after his transgressions. This will be the second time in three starts that he has recorded an assist and been sent off, so he'll have to be careful not to incur any more suspensions in order to maintain his value over the final weeks of the season. In his absence, Carles Gil will look to make his long-awaited return to the lineup.

6.Roberto Piccoli

20-Year-Old Forward Atalanta Serie A

Injury Ankle Est. Return 9/11/2021

Picks up ankle injury

Piccoli left the Italy U-21 camp after suffering an ankle sprain, the national team announced.

Piccoli sustained the issue during the most recent match and will be assessed by the Atalanta doctors. They are facing other problems as well as also Duvan Zapata and Luis Muriel are not 100 percent and questionable for the Fiorentina game.

7.Luka Modric

35-Year-Old Midfielder Real Madrid La Liga

Injury Groin Est. Return 9/11/2021

Working out indoors

Modric (groin) continued work indoors over the international break.

Modric picked up a groin injury a few weeks ago and still seems to be another week or two away from a return. The good news is that his fitness shouldn't be too bad after starting the first match of the season. In the absence of Modric and Toni Kroos, Isco and Federico Valverde have gotten more time in the midfield.

8.Takumi Minamino

26-Year-Old Forward/Midfielder Liverpool Premier

Injury Undisclosed Est. Return 9/12/2021

Withdraws from national team

Minamino has withdrawn from the Japan national team and is returning to Liverpool following an injury, reports Liverpool Echo.

Minamino has yet to play a minute for Liverpool this season and that role probably isn't going to change. He had a few sparks on loan at Southampton last season, but he wasn't considered a regular starter in his time there, showing that he may still need some work in the Premier League.
