Here is the list of the latest football players injuries, which might be helpful when you place your bets:

1.Nemanja Radoja

28-Year-Old Midfielder Levante La Liga

Injury Illness Est. Return 1/3/2022

Tests positive for COVID-19

Radoja tested positive for COVID-19 and has entered a quarantine, Levante announced Saturday.

ANALYSIS

Radoja will miss at least a week while in isolation, meaning he is likely out until the new year.

2.Juan Bernat

28-Year-Old Midfielder/Defender Paris Saint-Germain Ligue 1

Injury Thigh Est. Return 12/22/2021

Comes off injured against Monaco

Bernat was subbed out of Sunday's victory against Monaco in the 50th minute after suffering an apparent thigh injury.

ANALYSIS

Bernat has been in and out of the lineup since making his return in October from an ACL tear in 2020, and he will hope that Sunday's injury is a minor one that doesn't keep him out for even more significant time. If Nuno Mendes (calf) is unable to play against Lorient next week, then Abdou Diallo or even Layvin Kurzawa might have to play at left back.

3.Jens Petter Hauge

22-Year-Old Midfielder Eintracht Frankfurt Bundesliga

Injury Quadriceps Est. Return 12/15/2021

Comes off injured against Leverkusen

Hauge was subbed out of Sunday's victory against Bayer Leverkusen in the 69th minute after suffering an injury. He took a shot during the 19 minutes he was on the pitch in the match between being subbed in and being taken off.

ANALYSIS

It is unclear whether Hauge will be forced to miss additional game time due to his potential injury. He has started five Bundesliga games this season for Eintracht.

4.Richarlison

24-Year-Old Forward/Midfielder Everton Premier

Injury Calf Est. Return 12/16/2021

Comes off injured against Palace

Richarlison was subbed out of Sunday's defeat against Crystal Palace in the 58th minute after suffering a calf injury, manager Rafael Benitez confirmed after the match.

ANALYSIS

The severity of Richarlison's injury is unknown as of yet, and he will be questionable for Thursday's clash against Chelsea. With Dominic Calvert-Lewin (quadriceps) likely unavailable, Salomon Rondon and Cenk Tosun could start as the front two if Richarlison isn't fit enough to play.

5.Manuel Akanji

26-Year-Old Defender Borussia Dortmund Bundesliga

Injury Knee Est. Return 1/8/2022

Undergoes knee surgery

Akanji (knee) has undergone successful surgery, Dortmund announced Monday. The aim is for him to rejoin training at the new year.

ANALYSIS

Akanji has been out for about a week with a knee injury, and his recovery from surgery will hold him out until at least January. Dan-Axel Zagadou is likely to continue to fill in for him in central defense alongside Mats Hummels until Akanji is ready to return.

6.Trevoh Chalobah

22-Year-Old Defender Chelsea Premier

Injury Hamstring Est. Return 12/16/2021

Faces fitness test for Everton game

Chalobah (hamstring) might be fit enough to make Chelsea's match day squad for Thursday's clash against Everton, according to Football.London reporter Adam Newson.

ANALYSIS

Chalobah has missed the last two weeks since since suffering a hamstring injury against Watford on Dec. 1, but he might be fit enough to return on Thursday. Even if he's able to make the squad, Chalobah likely wouldn't be ready to start quite yet against Everton.

7.Jonas Hofmann

29-Year-Old Midfielder Mönchengladbach Bundesliga

Injury Knee Est. Return 1/7/2022

Set to have knee surgery

Hofmann will undergo a minor surgery on his knee this week, Gladbach announced Monday. He will be out until the new year.

ANALYSIS

Hofmann was subbed out of Saturday's defeat against Leipzig with a knee injury in the second half, and he's now set to miss Gladbach's final two games of 2021 as he recovers from a minor surgery. Christoph Kramer, Florian Neuhaus and Laszlo Benes could all potentially fill in for Hofmann in midfield until he's ready to return in January at the earliest.

8.Marvelous Nakamba

27-Year-Old Midfielder Aston Villa Premier

Injury Knee Est. Return 12/18/2021

Out with knee injury

Aston Villa manager Steven Gerrard confirmed Monday that Nakamba will miss Tuesday's clash against Norwich City with a knee injury.

ANALYSIS

Nakamba will be evaluated further this week to figure out the severity of his injury. Jacob Ramsey, Carney Chukwuemeka and Morgan Sanson are possible options to fill in for him in midfield against Norwich.
