Here is the list of the latest football players injuries, which might be helpful when you place your bets:

30-Year-Old Goalkeeper Sevilla La Liga

Injury Not Injury Related Est. Return 2/6/2022

Keeps clean sheet before departing

Bono made two saves and kept a clean sheet in Monday's 1-0 victory against Cadiz, and now he leaves Spain to join up with the Morocco National Team ahead of the African Cup of Nations.

Bono has kept nine clean sheets and only conceded 10 goals in 17 La Liga matches this season for Sevilla, but he will miss the club's next three games at least while with Morocco. Marko Dmitrovic will replace him in goal for the month.

2.Christian Tabo

28-Year-Old Forward/Midfielder Cruz Azul Liga MX

Injury Thigh Est. Return 1/7/2022

Joins Cruz Azul

Tabo has made the switch from Puebla to Cruz Azul during the off-season.

Tabo is part of a busy, high-profile window for Cruz Azul as they loaded up on midfield depth with Tabo and Erik Lira. Tabo, like Lira, figures to be a day one starter, and a major part of the squad in 2022.

3.Daniel Amartey

27-Year-Old Defender Leicester City Premier

Injury Not Injury Related Est. Return 2/10/2022

Playing for Nigeria

Amartey will miss Leicester City's next three matches, at a minimum, while away on international duty for AFCON with Nigeria.

Amartey's absence will stretch an already thin backline for Foxes considering James Justin (knee), Caglar Soyuncu and Ricardo Pereira (leg) are all dealing with injuries. In 10 domestic appearances (nine starts), Amartey has generated 29 clearances 11 interceptions and seven tackles. Given his limited offensive upside, few fantasy players should be significantly impacted while Amartey is away from the squad.

25-Year-Old Midfielder Juventus Serie A

Injury Illness Est. Return 1/6/2022

Clears COVID-19 protocol

Arthur has tested negative and has re-joined the team, Juventus announced.

Arthur contacted Coronavirus during the holidays and will be assessed on game-day to see whether he could be a bench option right away. Manuel Locatelli is set to return to the XI after resting for two games.

5.Moussa Niakhate

25-Year-Old Defender FSV Mainz 05 Bundesliga

Injury Illness Est. Return 1/15/2022

Tests positive for COVID-19

Niakhate has tested positive for COVID-19, Mainz announced Wednesday.

Niakhate will likely miss Saturday's clash against RB Leipzig while isolating with the virus. David Nemeth or Jeremiah St. Juste (shoulder) if fit would likely fill in for him in the back three.

6.Sofian Kiyine

24-Year-Old Forward/Midfielder Venezia Serie A

Injury Undisclosed Est. Return 1/9/2022

Picks up muscular injury

Kiyine was not inserted in Venezia's squad list to face Salernitana Thursday because of a muscular problem.

Kiyine has been ruled out in advance even though the coach had voiced some optimism about his status in the pre-game presser despite an ailment. Dennis Johnsen or David Okereke will man the left flank until he returns.

7.Antonio Vacca

31-Year-Old Midfielder Venezia Serie A

Injury Undisclosed Est. Return 1/9/2022

Will miss Salernitana game

Vacca is not present in Venezia's squad list for Thursday's game against Salernitana.

Vacca has often missed time with nagging injuries throughout the season, and Venezia also announced two unnamed COVID-19 cases in recent days. Domen Crnigoj and newcomer Mickael Cuisance are the next men up in the midfield.

8.Sergio Romero

34-Year-Old Goalkeeper Venezia Serie A

Injury Undisclosed Est. Return 1/9/2022

Unavailable against Salernitana

Romero (undisclosed) was not included in Venezia's squad list to face Salernitana Thursday.

Romero is out for unspecified reasons, but Venezia announced two unnamed positive COVID-19 cases after the holidays. His backups Niki Maenpaa and Luca Lezzerini have both started matches before he joined.

9.N'Golo Kante

30-Year-Old Midfielder Chelsea Premier

Injury Illness Est. Return 1/15/2022

Tests positive for COVID-19

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel confirmed that Kante has tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of Wednesday's Carabao Cup semifinal against Tottenham.

Kante has struggled through injuries for much of this campaign so far and now he's dealing with the COVID-19 virus as well, which will rule him out for at least a week. He will hope to be fit by Chelsea's next Premier League game on Jan. 15 against Manchester City.
