Crystal Palace starlet Michael Olise was seen taunting the Millwall fans after being struck with a bottle during their FA Cup clash on Saturday.
Palace booked their spot in the fourth round after a shaky start at The Den.
Olise was taking the corner in the second half when the projectile hit the Frenchman in the face.
The 20-year-old proceeded to kick the bottle off the pitch before he delivered 'bring it on taunt' to the Millwall fans.
His actions were immediately met with boos from the Millwall fans while the commentator added: "I'm not sure that was well advised."
Palace fell behind early on after Benik Afobe capitalised on a howler from Palace's Jack Butland who was trying to play the ball out from the back.
But in the second half Palace and Olise's Premier League quality began to shine through as the Frenchman had the Lions defence in knots.
Olise's wonder solo goal fired Palace level, and he almost repeated a carbon copy of the strike a couple of minutes later, but instead, he rattled the post.
It was the head of his countryman Jean-Philippe Mateta that separated the sides when he found the net in the 58th minute.
“He was fantastic in the second half,” said Palace’s manager, Patrick Vieira, when speaking about Olise's performance.
“He changed the game for us but it was like watching two different players in the first and second half.
"We know how good he can be so it’s about trying to help him reach that level of consistency.”
